Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Service details will be confirmed in writing or verbally prior to commencement.
Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time
Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work changes
Additional services may incur extra charges
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property
If access is not provided, a cancellation fee may apply
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information about the property
Ensure a safe working environment
Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
Liability
We are fully insured and take all reasonable care during service delivery
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Items not secured or improperly installed
Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service
Liability is limited to the total value of the service provided
Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is deemed unsafe or poses a risk to our team.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly.
Insurance
We hold appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect our clients and staff.
Commercial Clients
For commercial contracts:
Written agreements may override these terms
Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) can be provided upon request
